The menu is conceived as a culinary journey alongside the Mediterranean Sea, with spices and savories from every harbor we
lay anchors. The special assortments and the always different flavors we combine to match all requests are specific for our restaurant.

The menu completely changes three times a year.

During the summer the salads, fish and seafood are presented in recipes only here you can enjoy. Light or rich in gravy, our dishes offer each a new experience.

Cooking is an art and our team awaits you every day with its creations made of fresh ingredients with sophisticated details. The menu is conceived by the executive chef Mihaela Lesan, accompanied by a team of 8 cooks.

Mihaela Lesan started as a chef 18 years ago in Holland, at Hague, in one of the most elegant restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine. For four years she went to cookery school, leaning this art with prestigious chefs. At Palladium she has the opportunity to bring in Romania the Dutch standards and the flavor of light, aromatic, innovative Mediterranean recipes. In the permanent search of the perfect taste, Mihaela Lesan is a precious spice for all standards of culinary art.
